Fab Beaut’e London – Salon Policy
To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you read and adhere to our salon policies.
Appointments
- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your treatment being shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the deposit being retained. Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full when booking.
Payments
- We accept card, cash and online payments.
- Full payment is required on the day of your treatment.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unhappy with a service, please inform us during your visit so we can address the issue promptly.
Patch Tests
- Required 24–48 hours before treatments such as tinting, lash lifts, and certain facials. If not completed, your appointment may be cancelled.
Hygiene & Safety
- Our team follows strict hygiene procedures. All tools are sanitised between clients.
Personal Belongings
- Fab Beaut’e London cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items.
Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or fails to comply with our salon policies.
