Vem has been an integral part of our team for over 5 years. As our salon manager and senior therapist, she’s known for her precision, professionalism, and calm, friendly nature. Her expertise in threading is second to none – so much so that clients who have moved out of the area still travel back just to see her. Whether it’s threading, waxing, facials, or body treatments, Vem’s perfectionist touch ensures every client leaves feeling their absolute best.

Mala is an enthusiastic and highly experienced beauty therapist, known for her expertise in creating tailor-made, bespoke treatments to suit each client’s individual needs. Described by clients as “simply magical” and a “perfectionist,” she brings passion and precision to every treatment she delivers.

Originally from Bangladesh, Mala moved to the UK to pursue her dream of becoming a beauty therapist. After qualifying from Chichester College, she began her career in 2009 and has since gained extensive experience across the beauty industry. Alongside her qualifications, her Master’s in Business has supported her success as both a therapist and a wellness professional.

Mala strongly believes that every human being is beautiful, and that beauty therapy is about helping individuals reconnect with their inner confidence and wellbeing. She works intuitively and holistically, aiming not just to treat the skin, but to identify the root causes and offer long-term solutions through thoughtful care and customised treatments.

Rachael is a highly experienced beauty and spa professional with over 15 years in the industry. Her impressive career includes roles such as Spa Manager at David Lloyd Clubs, where she oversaw full spa operations, team leadership, and customer experience strategy. She has also worked in senior positions for boutique salons and wellness brands, developing deep expertise in intimate waxing, advanced facials, massage, and holistic therapies.

Rachael holds multiple qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Facials, Intimate Waxing, and Advanced Massage, and has a strong background in both luxury service delivery and team training. Passionate about maintaining high standards and creating a calm, welcoming space, she is a trusted and valued member of our team.

Eve is our enthusiastic Beauty Therapist currently studying Level 3 in Beauty Therapy. At just 18 years old, she brings a fresh energy and a growing passion for all things nails, beauty, and self-care. Eve is especially passionate about nail treatments and continues to develop her skills with creativity and dedication. She’s a warm, friendly face in the salon and a valued part of our team.
